ELÄMÄLLE KIITOS
Tärkeintä on, että elämä saisi jatkua kohtuudella kaikessa ja pitäisi huolta lapsista ja lasten-lapsista (kts. kuvat). Jannen perhe, johon kuuluvat Elina sekä lapset Iina, Joona, Tiia, Tessa ja Tomas asuvat Äänekoskella. Kajn pere, johon kuuluvat Riikka sekä lapset Carita ja Erika asuvat Oulussa.
Olemme Ninan kanssa saaneet elää yhdessä jo 45 vuotta hyvien voimien seuratessa kulkua. Elämän ja sen moninaisuuden ihmettely eettisistä lähtökohdista on ollut tärkeää:
- ajankohtaiset asiat ja kuntoliikunta kuuluvat elämäntapaan
- Rotary toimintaan liittyen, ja järjestön kouluttajana, olen saanut matkustaa Ninan kanssa paljon ja tutustua eri maiden kulttuureihin ja elämään
- kiitollinen olen läheisistäni ja hyvistä ihmissuhteista lähellä ja kauempana
Ajatuksiani maailmasta, elämästä ja sen ilmiöistä olen esittänyt julkisesti arvioitavaksi vuodesta 1972 lähtien, jolloin aloitin säännöllisen kirjoittelu Aamulehden kolumnistina. Artikkeleita ja puheenvuoroja on kertynyt noin 2500, joista useimmat ovat käsitelleet yhteiskunnallisia aiheita yleensä ja turvallisuuspoliittista keskustelua erikseen. Nykyinen viikkokolumnini on Sisä-Suomen Lehdessä, johon olen kirjoittanut vuodesta 1985.

Look beyond your selves…
Nina and Lars live in Äänekoski, Finland. Both of us are retired (major and ward sister) and have had 45 good years besides our two sons and their families. Good luck and safeguarding by good forces have made our life pleasant and rewarding for 45 common years! Thanks for that! Besides our careers we have had a possibility to serve Rotary for many years and to travel in Rotary business in many countries meeting much of good people all around. Lars served as RI Director 2008-10 giving a special worldview to many countries and cultures. Outing, reading and summer cottage (picture) are our main hobbies besides following the life of our loved once.
Janne’s family, living in Äänekoski , consists of Elina and five children Iina, Joona, Tiia, Tessa and Tomas. Kaj’s family, living in Oulu, consists of Riikka and two children Carita and Erika.
